Ok so i wanted to try out the request bot in a rar only DC hub i'm in.
I load up my browser, go to nforce.nl and find the releases of interest. Copy the release names and add them to the req bot.
Just to find out that the admin won't let me use the names because they ain't original.
Whats up with that? Why are you changing names on the releases?
Example: Grand.Theft.Auto.San.Andreas-HOODLUM is the name wich the game was first released under.
But now the name has been changed to: Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (c) Rockstar Games *DVD*
Why is that? And where can i find the original release names?
I need them to request the releases i want in DC hub's.
People dont bother looking for releases without proper names.

NFOrce is a fully legal website, by changing the release names it can keep this way. Should NFOrce display the correct pre names it would all people to easily track down releases on the internet, this would make it very easy to point a finger at NFOrce putting it into a possition where it could possibly be shut down.
NFOrce is mearly an information site, the informaion it holds are about NFOs and that is all. It is up to the visitor to use that information to find what they need, that includes figuring out the correct release name.
As much as this may see like an annoyance, would you prefer them to potentially break laws and cause themselves to be shut down? I know I wouldnt..
Hope that helps

Yes. Now i can see why they change the names. I should have tought of that.
And just for the record, no i don't want nforce to be shut down. Information is fine, and that is all we need to know. hehe..
Anyways: My problem regarding the original names still remains. So could any of you point me in the right direction to where i can find them? That would be a valuable resource for me.
Thnx.

Sorry if my point seemed to inply that you where against the legality of NFOrce, I didnt mean to "point this at you" so to speak !
To answer your question: I don't know of any places to find correct release names, however they is a standard format which you should be able to follow. There are 2 types of release name, those of the files and those of the folders. I tend to find that file names are the most common and best to find and follow.
group-release : is the format, all of which is shortened to make things easier, Im sure you have seen this in the past. This should be the easiest to go for rather than trying to figure out each full folder name.
I will no report this post to a mod, as I fear I may have said too much , Ill make it they're judgement as to if it should be edited or removed.
