OK, There is currently a "Now Playing" topic, I think this is a significantly different category of thread to warrant it's creation...
In any case, I'm going to be posting thoughts of album releases as I listen to them (Mostly rock, altrock, punk, etc), feel free to add to the list, preferably in a decent form (eg not "omg i luv teh new blink1782222!!!!!!!!!" rather post similar to the format I use...)
Shinedown: Us and Them (2005-XXL) - Been listening to this album since it came out last night, I've been impressed thus far (their song "45" was previously a big favorite of mine), if you liked this song or their previous songs I think you'll enjoy this album... Check it out if you're a fan of altrock or slightly harder altrock.
Nickelback: All The Right Reasons (2005-XXL) - Never been a big Nickelback fan, something about them just screams pop to me, although some people might argue against this... This album isn't that bad, it has some catchy tunes (the new single photograph is pretty good, but there are better on the album). If you can get it you may as well check it out but not a must listen.
Hinder: Extreme Behavior (2005-BUTT) - Enjoying this album very much, a few songs don't mesh well with me(Room, How Long) but the rest of it is excellent. Rock/Disgruntled hoarse voice rock style... I recommend it.
I'll post more as albums are released... Do the same if I miss any or don't cover your style of music!

Foo_Fighters-In_Your_Honor-2CD-2005-RIAA - Since i love foo fighters, i never doubted myself that this album would rock. I think foo fighters did a great job of doing an "acoustic" session on cd2. I love it.
CD1 is also very nice, especialy the first 4 songs. Great album for every fan or rock lover imo.
pink_floyd-a_tree_full_of_secrets-18cd-2004-ice - This 18 album collection is a collection of songs which have different versions. Not pink floyds famous songs are on there. Just a couple. But it mostly exsists out of sutdio recordings and stuff like that. Only for the real die hard pink floyd fan. [like me ]

Welcome to Jamrock - Damian Marley
Well, in true Marley fashion, this album discusses the world we live in and politics in a very, astute (spelling?) fashion. the first song on the cd, Confrontation describes the current state of the US and its policies very well
Hopefully, Damian wont share the same fate as Bob - being killed by the CIA and all..
