hello Very Happy
I was wondering how the hell deviance or any other group make a keygen.
an example for a deviance cd-key:
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XDEV

so.. how the hell are they doing it?.. ain't the cd-keys already somewhere on the disk?

They just find the algorithm, and watermark the output of the key
