I played the ps2 version at my buddys house, the superstar mode is decent, other than that and the vision cone its pretty much the same as madden 05 with a few new presentation things added, still an unreal game.

simply there's no more the competition of the old glory days, and safedisc 4 with all features enable is easy to clone but a lot harder to crack... just wait

Yeah, Im kinda buggin to play Madden 06 too  ...I love the madden games...just like the NHL games, CANT WAIT FOR NHL 06!!...or is it out and I just missed it?

I already have this game in my hands. It's the only football game on pc and has a decent track record. No reason not to pick it up.
Or just continue waiting for a release.

I was thinking of going out an buying it...but not today, sick as horse (I dunno what that means but its a commonly used expression lol). |

It won't be released in Europe for atleast another month or so, don't really feel like waiting for that so I just have to wait (hopefully not too long) till someone cracks it.

Maybe if EA decides to crack it themselves or some polish magazine puts it on its DVD...I'm still waiting for Advent Rising which is ONLY fucking Securom 7, but Deviance and Reloaded seem not to care. The PC ISO scene is a joke...

Last year i actually bought it, this year i am poor though. Besides i've given Electronic arts enough of my cash over the year. Usually though they are out much sooner. I remember in 2004 or 2003 it was out really fast even before the release date. I am dissapointed this year though, I just discovered bit torrent ( was using edonkey before) and i need to download something!

EA today announced that, based on internal data, Madden NFL 06 scored big at retail in its first week in stores and sold-thru more than 1.7 million copies, making it the biggest week one launch of a Madden NFL Football game in the franchise's sixteen-year history.
"Gamers were demanding the best Madden NFL Football ever this year and the response at retail indicates that we delivered the game that everyone wanted," said EA Vice President of Marketing Todd Sitrin. "Consumers have voted with their dollars, and the vote is in -- this is the best version of Madden NFL Football ever."
"EA ups its game for the best Madden yet," said Matthew Kato, Senior Editor of Game Informer magazine. "They delivered substantial innovation to the Madden franchise, making Madden NFL 06 a must-have title of the year."
"You'd think the big news in the locker-room this week was the start of the preseason, but all everyone could talk about was the new Madden game," said Ahman Green, All Pro Running Back for the Green Bay Packers. "Everyone had to check out their new ratings and the new features in the game."
Based on internal tracking, EA estimates:
* Madden NFL 06 had the biggest week one launch in the history of the franchise, selling more than 1.7 million units.
* NCAA Football 06 was the #1 selling video game on the PlayStation2 computer system in July 2005.
* With double digit sales percentage increases this year, both Madden NFL 06 and NCAA Football 06 are tracking well ahead of last year's launch sales.
* Within a month of NCAA Football 06 shipping and with Madden NFL 06 on store shelves only a few days, EA SPORTS(TM) football fans have played more than 1.5 million games through the PlayStation 2 console and on Xbox Live on the EA SPORTS Nation.
"The strong starts of NCAA Football 06 and Madden NFL 06 set the pace for a strong EA SPORTS lineup of titles this fall. Up next from EA are FIFA Soccer 06, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 06, NBA LIVE 06 and the rest of our EA SPORTS lineup," added Sitrin.

GTA SA came quickly, this is a game of that type of "reputation", it wont be long till Madden 06 is out on the scene.

actually us football is not so popular in europe, and since most groups are from europe i wont be surpriced not to see a race on this one. we may see a clone tomorrow, cracked will wait
