What idiots , they better make it directly for the Xbox 360 .
That would be an improvement . Why they make another one for the Ps2 , that's something that i don't understand.

So we would see now " Winning eleven 10 " for the next-gen consoles in 2 years .

They get released each year, so the next WE10 will be in 2006 August. And dont forget about WE9FE which will come probably in time for the PS3 (Spring 2006). PES5 so far is coming out on the Xbox/ps2 oct 2005. Not sure if they'll port it to Xbox 360 in that cycle.

Because it brings them tons of money? You're not the brightest light in the chandelier, are you?

Konami also announced PES6 (!) for PS2 (!), so there's probably even gonna be a Winning Eleven 10 on PS2.

They made pes 1 and 2 for the psx to appease the masses . The majority of people surely don't update within the first year of a new console update . so the highest share should be with past market , and then slowly phase games out

I thought Konami stated a while back that WE10 would be for PS3. They said they had one more game planned for the PS2 then they make the move to next gen.

Ps3 or Xbox360 i don't care on what next-gen console it come's out .
I am gonna buy them both .

But another one , and then on the Ps2 .
I have pro evolution 4 on the Xbox and it is the best Soccer game that is made . Also better than the Ps2 version .

And what would be the difference then between the 8 the and the 9 the version ?

Yes , another one for the money . But not from me .

Better net code
Goalkeepers can throw overhead throws (quick attack)
New player roles for tactics Supporting Striker, wingback
More teams
Some more stadiums
More individual dribbles with R2
Stadium editor (make your own)
Remember player stats for up to 20 players so you can keep track of how many wins you and your friends have
better modeling
Better editing ability for creating players
New camera called Coaching. See the game play from the coach' bench
Online, one half is away, another half is home to make it more fair
- The online mode will make it possible to play 2 in the same team.
- Possibility of using its team of Master League in the online mode.
- Improved way players move on the pitch.
New weather condition: Snow. You will see breath coming from the players mouths to add realism.
- Supports latest FIFA rules.

It's more like an expansion pack or a Patch .
But are the Gfx bettter . I don't think so .(yes , maybe tiny little bit , the faces are better , but the rest ...)
For that we must wait for the next-gen console , if you see what Gfx the games have that are coming on the next consoles .
Then i can't wait to see how winning eleven 10 would look like . Damn it's gonna be Magnificent . Very Happy

With PC games the hardware evolution is constant, for the consoles it isnt. Yes, it will look great on next gen with more polys, higher textures, better netservers for gaming. But for me it is mostly about gaming and tactics is a big part of it and those little things added is enough for me to splash 70 USD.

I would like to see a major improvement in the AI in regard to the referee decisions and general tactics employed by the computer

WE8LE was quite a good improvement , fixed the pesky chips which where piss easy to score since we7 and somewhat harder to play against , 4* was the equivelent of 6* in pes4 if not even harder .

If they can have the game running stable with the wide view then I would play it for the ps2 rather than xbox .

I want more freedom, I want to be able to play like Zidane - just controlling the ball and shrugging defenders off. If you see what I mean.

Ye, more directions, more controll of what you can do with the ball and less "auto" dribbles like R2.

I never found those dribbles effective anyway, not even against human opponents. The sidestep is effective but it's a bit gimmicky in execution I think.

The flow of the game needs to be more dynamic, but I expect this is beyond the scope of the PS2, I just hope they don't short change us on the PS3 with a mere graphical update.

The original PES/ISS games are still as addictive today as ever, not because of graphics but because of gameplay.
