I'm looking for recommendations.
I need a program that runs in the system tray and monitors how much I download & upload.

Ive googled and tried networx, quite good but too many features I dont need and its not free.

Also got net-traffic-meter, this s free but nowhere near as fast as networx.

Any others?

Try CS Fire Monitor http://www.croftssoftware.com/Downloads.html it has alot of great features and its free.
