hey guys i was installing my printer and every thing was great but at then i restarted my comp coz it was stuck so when i loged back in my printer wasnt working and now i cant reistnall i have hp printer do you guys know how to remover it permanently not from add or remove i already tired that thankx

Try to run install setup again and there should be options like "Repair" "Uninstall" or something like that ...
Eventually you can do that : Start - > "Settings" -> Printers ... delete hp from here and try to install it again...
