I had a sweet job when i first got into welding (well, like 3 years in) but this fuckin slack ass old guy who couldnt keep up with me started hiding the shit i was making...like i built forklifts and different sorts of lifts (cherry pickers etc). But i would build all the parts individually and then this drunk fuck would assemble them and add the hydrolics and shit.
This guy would hide some of the parts then go to the plant manager (we were pretty high up in the shop, the supervisior couldnt say shit to me) and bitch and complain saying im not working hard enough and all this other bs....well, long story short, I put his head through the driver side window of his car and quit felt damn good

Well I quit my job once because I had to work with this hideous bitch who thought she was attractive. Just couldn't do it. I think I wrote about it in the useless void or somewhere.

The only job i ever quit was my first job out of university. I was doing field engineering for a very large multinational company. Imagine a 26 year old fresh out of school trying to manage trades on a job site. The most stressful job of my life. Alot of trades dont like the engineers and to boot i had no experience. I had to go into some of the most nasty places you could imagine. Its where i got my slaughter house experience...fucking nasty. The kicker was i worked with them for over a year and a half and they screwed me on my bonus, and i still had not got my first review? So i found a better job and gave my 2 weeks.
@sysco
School was the life; i miss school. But it sure is nice to make money.

Dude! I like you, always in the hot air! Ever considered the fact that you as a person might not play well with others?
I'm like that, dont really take orders from anyone and likes to work on my own. Just cause i really usually dont need the involvement of some idiot!
Thats why i run my own company now (while studying again). I really like my hrs and money, and i dont have to take shit from anybody.
I didnt really had to do that in my old job either, but there was this one guy that was made a project manager and started to give me lip. I was the CTO so he was under me ( i dont think he understod that until i fired his ass), and still he questioned my authority, wich is fine and keeps you on the edge as a boss, if there is any substance in whatewer they come to you with! This guy was just a retard so i fired his ass and when i saw it dawn on him that i was his superior and could fire him, i laughed my ass off, he was long in the face as a cow!
However the reason he didnt know that i was in charge was cause of bad management from my side! I travelled alot and had to start up the London officies, so naturally my authority as an asshole got ssomewhat lost:-)
Of all the things i've lost, i miss my mind the most!
