I downloaded a DVD with .BUP, .VOB, and .IFO and I'm supposed to burn the thing to a disk. Problem is I don't have a DVD burner. Is there a program that will allow me to change these files into an AVI or and MPEG I can watch on my computer? Thanks. P.S. Any step by step help would be appreciated as well if it's complicated.

I could be wrong but i think PowerDVD will play the .vob files. I dont have any on my compy at the moment to try out but i vaguely remember this working.

Windows media player will play .vob but you must have a MPEG2 codec installed first.

ANYTHING will play them so long as you have the MPEG2 codec installed
