Your CPU most support SSE to _enable_ it.

Some games you can add lines to a config file to add
CPU instruction set support dunno about nhl though.
although CPU instruction sets should be enabled by default if your CPU supports them

you didnt say what CPU you have
if its a Duron or Athlon
this may help you:

You can open the nfo files here with any text viewer, such as notepad.

As to the actual vcd, THERE ARE NO FUCKING FILES TO DOWNLOAD HERE!!!!

It's very simple.
The individual groups of people that release this usially put a nicely designed text file (an .nfo) in with the rest of the files that make up the individual game/movie/album they put out (called a release). NFO's are legal. The rest of the files in the release aren't. This site ONLY HAS NFO's. We don't have the other files, and we're not telling you where to get them because jail sucks. Look around.

AND PLEASE, NOOBS, LEARN TO FUCKING READ.

/carry on.
