ok... as ive said in the newest thread from "teh pl4gu3", as i will call the infestation of noobs from now on, the mods should make a sticky in EVERY forum category called "DOWNLOAD HERE!" capitalized, bold and in colors.... and in that sticky it should look like this:

so... if the noobs didnt read the rules... they will learn their lesson... and hopefully this will once and for all rot out teh pl4gu3..
i said that already b4 mods said they tried it b4 as well though.... someone else made a good idea though of asking them questions when sighning in, asking wheather they can download from nforce and the answers afterwards.
