The band that created love metal...
Some people love their music and feel a connection with it's lyrics, others think they're homosexual. Like any other band, they've recieved their share of fanboyish devotion, and probably more than their share of misunderstanding and hate. Since the NFOrce group tends to have conversations without breaking down to mindless insults or raves (most of the time, anyway) I want to hear your opinions on the band, their music, their lyrics, albums, politics surrounding them etc.
Before you bash me for being a fanboy, I tried to keep my question as neutral as possible. I'm not, by any means, "just another stupid goth" or "gay emo faggit", I'm open to many different types of music, ranging from jazz piano to metal to rap. HIM just automatically comes to mind when I want to listen to something beautiful and dark.

you're a special emo faggot
I dont like them, not because of their lame lyrics but just in general. A guy who's pretty morbid went on about how some of the bands I like are easy to play. My point was difficulty = impressive yea, but doesnt mean its good.

I honestly like some of their music, as corny as some may find it...

I cant believe how often they can use the words "love and death" in their songs.
H.I.M is ok, cKY ftw!
