YAY my new pc is here
GigaByte Geforce 7800 GTX 256 MB GDDR3 GV-NX78X256V-B
Kingston 2GB ram
Athlon 64 X2 3800+ dual core
Dont know brent motherboard
Maxtor DiamondMax 10 RoHS Compliant 250 GB
going to put it all together and fire it up

it whas 1100euro... but that is withouth the tax ... friend of my has his own pc store... so there ya go
I already had 6800 Ultra so I already had the graphics almost always at highest

TOOO true jenni, too true.
I personally see there being an entirely new echelon of PC's and everything we own being near the bottom, coming in around 5 years. Considering where quantum computing has gone in the last 2 years, and expecting the first actual quantum computer being built in the next 5. My computer is middle end or so right now, and I don't expect to have it for any more than another 2 years. That computer probably won't last much longer either, neither will the $10,000 computers people are putting together. As of right now, you got a solid deal. That's about $2000 CDN, I probably.. definately could've got cheaper, but if you're happy with it and it performs decent that is all that matters. Kudos to you.

Nice system. Although i dont know why you would switch the 6800 for a 7800, i nornally just skip a generation.
4600 to 6800gt for me forexample.

friend of my could get it for cheap ( buy 50 and you get some major discount thing )
