I burned as .nfo said, but now that I try to start a game, the splash screen comes on and that's where it stands. However, when I mount an image, the game starts up fine. What am I doing wrong?

I don't know what ur doing wrong butI have a suggestion for you.
U want to put the game on disc to save space obviously right? when u burn the game as an image, it doesnt work but when u mout it via whatever emu software, it works right?
If thats the case, burn the .iso or .bin & .cue etc as DATA (not an image) to whatever medium...cd, dvd, rw etc And just use Daemon or Alcohol or whatever emu software to mount and play the game via the image on the cd.

Yeah, SycoShaman, you're totally right, I'll do just that. I'm just used to burning the old-school method.

I know, i went a while wasting nuff cd's till it dawned on me
Even better thing to do (what i do) is (if u have a dvd burner that burns/reads everything) is go out and buy the like 10 Dual Layer DVD RW discs (or DVD +R RW if u cant burn dual layer) and just use them as like a filtering storage...burn ur iimages of games or music or whatever on to the discs, label em and keep em in order and delete shit u dont need anymore or when u need to add new stuff.
I have limited space till I buy a new hd so I this is my solution. U could do the same with CD-RW's, but it'd be more expensive as u'd have to buy a ton more.
If u dont have a DVD-Burner, invest in one, they are cheap
I cant remember the brand of mine but its Dual Layer, +/-/rw/r 16 write, max read for cd's and dvd's. I got it for around $180. Still, u cant find to many DVD medias that burn at 16x, and their expensive, but if u wanna invest in a burner that will last a year or 2, pick one up. Grab a Lite On one as those seem to be the best for clones and that sorta thing...well, a plain DVD/CD-Rom is the best for some clone games, SF games come to mind.
