i think the question is if there is an easier/simpler way of playing securom7 games than using antiblaxx.

I've used virtual hide and messed up my daemon tools, I had to do a lot of work to get it back working, including regedit. One thing I can say is that SR7_STOP.exe works fine and seems that's a pretty new tool (october release), so that's an advantage over AntiBlaxx. But please remember to unhide your virtual drives after exiting the game, because that's the source of all the trouble, also with AntiBlaxx.
