the movie is great, but the DVD-R (and the xvid too i'm assuming) from prevail had a nasty blur on the center left. the quality other than that is fine. you really should watch it in the theater though, because because it's cronenberg.

its not a DVD-R, its a screener. Great movie BTW

Cronenberg is an excellent director.
I'm glad to watch a movie that doesn't fall for all that new "flash-flash-bang-bang" shit that's become so popular in modern movies.

one other point is that the avi is 724mb so if you want to put it on 1cd you will have to re-encode...

Brilliant movie... Toward the end, you could really feel the struggle he's going through.
 Spoiler: | IMO, he could never become the simple guy again. After that last night as Joey, the experience of it all would be too much to just forget and move on through. In my opinion, he's not going to last being a family man/diner stooge for too long. I'd give him a year, maybe two, before he's back on the streets again. |

Excellent movie. It presents itself like your ordinary thriller but goes so much deeper than that. You can see the turmoil in Viggo Mortensens face. Just an absolutely great movie. One of the best I've seen all year.

Vin Diesel is a hardcore gamer, and absolutely loves the Hitman series. For that reason I have faith that he wont destroy the movie.
