wich program packs the files in .r00 .r01 .. I tried with winrar but it only does .rar and .zip...
does anyone know

its winrar. you add to archive, then split volume into (15,000,000) bytes. Next you click advanced and check the 'old volume names'. This uses the 00 01 etc. otherwise it stays as part1 part2. They changed it a while ago I cant remember exactly when but if you google, im sure u can find it.
