Any trends, clothing etc...
I don't. I hate TRENDS, I hate TRENDS, I HATE TRENDS!
Any kind of trends, I hate clothing trends, I hate that it's cool to be black (AHX ) thing, I hate the 'watupyo' trends, all this RAPPER shit, all this YO YO shit etc...
And on top of that all I HATE Commercialism shit!
It's a shame people follow them.
About Hitman: Movie (2007)
Vin Diesel is a hardcore gamer, and absolutely loves the Hitman series. For that reason I have faith that he wont destroy the movie.
Response: Well, Uwe Boll probably loved the Alone in the Dark games.

I don;t follow trends, just some things I like might happen to be trendy or may become trendy. I don't do / buy anything to make myself fit in on purpose.

Well.... I buy what I think looks nice and sometimes that happens to be trendy. Does that make me someone that goes with trends? I don't know, I simply buy what I like.

I buy what I like. I won't go following a trend because its trendy. But for instance, I plan on buying an ipod nano soon, not because its trendy, but because ive read reviews saying it might actually be better than an ipod especially when it comes to sound quality.
I like to pioneer things too, like getting all my friends to use firefox back in beta. I didn't realize how much the nerd in a group of people can influence their computer usage. Some people haven't even heard of winamp, but all my friends couldn't live without it etc.

Clothing trends, Music Trends etc. are fine by me. The clothes you wear and the music you listen to has everything to do with trends whether you like it or not. Even those kids who only listen to Underground Norwegian Black Metal bands who sound like they record everything with a broken telephone and that only 2 other people in the world have heard of, are trendy.
I listen to music that is part of a trend because i would have never heard it if there was no trend to push it far enough to get to me.
Clothes are trendy no matter what. I doubt any fashion designer is out there saying to themselves "I am going to make the most repulsive outfit that no one will wear." And I'm sure that no one out there is putting on clothes to repel people either. Even so called 'goths' would put on 'scary' clothing to show that they are dark and anti trendy and whatnot, became a huge trend
Clothes are trendy by definition.
I have to agree, people with altering personalities based on trends are lame.
So I have to say that I buy into some trends. Trends dont die they just transform.
But I think you should just embrace some trends that you like and disregard others you dont but dont say you dont like trends cause there is always something about a person that is trendy.

I find iPods overrated, I mean people who really like music should have it, but people who just take it to school and back could get some 128mb little mp3 player.
I know a couple of guys (2 to be exact) who bought iPods only cause all their friends (most) had them...

2 of my friends have ipod minis and i have a zen xtra. They still think theirs is better even though the zen xtra is better is every way possible except the size of it but since it fits into my pocket it's not a problem at all.

liking something that's fashionable isn't following a trend. Liking something BECAUSE it's in fashion is following a trend.

As for music, I agree with Esel - its all trendy shit in a way (although, I do like norwegian death/black metal - Amon Amarth comes to mind - i think they are norwegian).
But as for clothes, naw, u choose to follow a trend really.
I dont follow trends when it comes to clothes, but if u want to label what i wear, I guess whatever's comfortable. Like, i wont pick up a shirt and say "Ew, this is a rap/hiphop/metal/raver/preppy etc etc shirt so Im not gunna buy it". If i like a piece of clothing, and its comfortable, I'll buy it...so maybe I follow the comfort trend...?
