I would suggest you guys have a look at the following page:

These are *OFFCIAL* power toys for windows XP and seem to run wonderfully. Currently Im using:

- Alt-Tab Replacement - Ive seen this done better in other APPS but it is a good, no doubt more stable replacement to that application.
- Virtual Desktop Manager - A must for any linux or large desktop user, its purely beautiful!

http://www.ntwind.com/taskswitchxp/ - a nicer version of the alt-tab replacement.. runs great Smile!

Thanx for the info, I've downloaded few ones that seem most useful to me: CmdHere, TweakUI, PowerCalc and TaskSwitch Smile
