Can anyone explain how they work with breakes, gas and holding up the bike?

There are rails on the bottom of the front wheel, to which the front fork is connected. The engine is probably connected to the rear wheel, where there is a grasp-connector to the rail situated in the middle (to give power). Yes, yes I'm back. Somewhat.

They explained how they did it and did it on one of the bike shows on hr Discoery Channel (not American Chopper). Awesome design for sure
