What's the point with "Scene Ed." ?

I thought I'd give it a try, since it boasts about "The feeling of the old BBS-days". But I can't see any difference, at all, to the regular FXP.

Is there a magic button that needs to be clicked?

Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.

from the 3.15 buld 1054 scene edition nfo:

WHAT'S NEW: ³
³ -=========- ³
³ ³
³ Besides all the changes to the program we have added another new option ³
³ to authorize FlashFXP in Windows Firewall (XP SP2) for all lazy asses! ³
³ As usual, our SCENE EDITION addon can be unselected from our installer. ³
³ A few minor improvements to the SCENE EDITION were added. 102% popstars! ³
--
Not only do we bring you a perfectly pre-configured ANSI ³
³ variant of FlashFXP, this release will also help your personal whores ³
³ to never fuck up any transfers again, since all the Skip Lists, ³
³ File Exists rules, Options etc. are already configured the way they ³
³ should be! And it looks fantastic, both pre-configured in 1024x768 ³
³ and 1280x1024. There is nothing you will ever need to touch! Never!
--
No digital certificates, no more ³
³ Auto-Update hell, no more traces inside the program, it's pre-cracked ³
³ for your fast installation pleasure, it features the brandnew ³
³ OpenSSL binaries
--

that about it. Wink

I've got the 3.2 version, and to my eyes, there's nothing different. Does anyone have a screenshot of what it's supposed to look like?
