hey guys my internet is alwasy working fast amy average speed of donwloads are like 250 kb most of the times its over that but for last 1 week its slow there is no problem in the net but may be in my comp i have deleted all the spyware and still its the same problem and one knows what i can do help will really be appricated
Look for rouge programs running, contact your ISP, reboot.. etc etc etc.
