Ive ran/walked down the street on a boiling hot day, barefoot and didnt get 2nd and 3rd degree burns...I didnt think it was possible to burn ur feet like that. Wacked out...

Syco, depending on which meridian you are at, the solar constant varies enough to increase the asfalt temperature manifold. The guy will live, though he's a pussy for not running back.

well running is stupid. The friction on the tarmac probably caused more damage than the 'intense heat' On sandy beaches you can hop and skip on the hot sand and it doesnt hurt as much but if you step on tarmac its much hotter even with the surface temperature being the same. still it's pretty nasty
