hmmm...that is weird...well, it seems like a graphic card issue  
Hmm...try installing the newest set of drivers, if u havent already or go to Run and type dxdiag.exe and see if u have any directx errors.

Well, i dunno what to suggest bud...? Hmm, do u have any windows errors? Like ActiveX/Com errors? get Norton Windoctor and run a scan.

Maybe its because i use the Win 2000 bypass..oh well, now i know how it feel playing on a PSP 
...probably the game just hate my PC
