Im thinking about getting Windows XP Scene Edition 1.6 on my upcoming laptop Wink? Is it worth it or is it a very bad idea?

i would never install such a thing regardless of the source, havent you read the link you provided Wink

Yea, Though thought it was regarding the 1.0 version... But im just a dumbass Sad

Don't see the point in a "Scene Edition" version Razz - It's got nothing special that I can't include myself... Rolling Eyes

I always like to start fresh with nothing on it... Very Happy

I don't have any experience with the latest Scene Edition release, but the previous All-In One DVD has served me well. And if your worried about updates/security fixes and the like there are other sites out there that offer them, other than Microsoft of course.
