this is a spyware popup you're getting. It is just a form of advertising. By disabling the messenger service you won't be curing it.
I advice you to install an anti-spyware tool, Microsoft Anti-Spyware prefferably

how is that spyware? It's not spyware it's called netsend in dos. I do it to other people at work all the time it's not spyware. HEAR ME IT'S NOT SPYWAAARE OR ADWARE OR UNDERWARE

Ofcourse it's a netsend, standard DOS command, but it's triggered by spyware.
Just read the message, it's filled with advertising.

It's triggered by those companies from there internet server. I had a few friends from other countries annoy the living shit out of me with that crap for the longest time until i turned off messenger. Even on a freash install i would get that crap. If it was spyware on your computer I am sure they would just use explorer pop ups with graphics that are ment to look like real warnings and whenever you click ok or cancel it will take you to there site netsend if you hit ok all you get is nothing.
