No where, ever, has pink floyd used something on one of their covers for their albums that looks remotely similar. So I don't think that is pink floyd. However, it may be, but if it is, those people are fucking idiots.
Also, 'Floyd' is not a real world. It is just something they made up for the band name. So looking for the 'Floyd' is worthless, as you obviously won't find a Floyd.

Those 2 pink scissors have to be the scissor sisters
I think the snagoing down the grate is snake pit
(gettin a bit far fetched here) but the calender is on 21st of august 2206. That's a monday so maybe happy mondays? 
I thought the shop sign was corner shop.
Again a bit far fetched but i'm sure kiss did a song called silver spoon. The image in the spoon also resembles them a little.
I think from reading back (i played then cross checked for dupes) i've probably got the most of u lot
