Finally! They released a semi english version of this potentially amazing game! I loved all the other versions (apart from the first PS2 release, which looked amazing but was awful in every other way Razz).. It seems like this is an almost league style beat em up, except with big robots that use guns Very Happy! Ill post more information when I play it more, would be nice to here some other opinions Very Happy!

yeah just downloading it now (25% Sad) - i didn't even know it had been released till i saw a link.. then it was like 'woah... dude...sweeeeet!'

this is the american version correct? so its the jap version, but in engrish, and this time you actually control the mechs correct?

i heard that the japs were re-releasing armored core for japan, with even MORE content than the international version - is that still happening? or is THIS the definitive version?

Enjoy Razz
That release fits on a 512MB stick , Says in the NFO anyway.

From what I can tell this is a Japan re-release with english translations in parts, as somse of the content is still in Japanese. You can control the mechs though, not sure if you could in the japanese original release, I tried it but it was in another language so I didnt get far Razz!

The controls seemed a little strange, not very quick/responsive but Im hoping this was just me and that when I improve the game will Smile! Heres hoping!

yeah, im hoping that like every other psp games that i really suck at when i begin, i eventually get really used to it. the graphics are f**king amazing, it'd be a pity if the controls screw it up - every time the enemy gets behind you, it feels like handling a truck trying to turn around to find him again... hopefully its just me...hopefully...

so if this is the jap version with english translation, maybe THIS is the 'super' version i heard about, because i knew it wouldn't be released in america... the americans would still get their version, but it wouldn't be as good as the jap re-release... i wonder how the american version will turn out... i hear its released on the 15th?

I find it to be a similar expreince.. I do have a Dragonplus handgrip which tends to help me play games that require you to use the analouge stick, so Im hoping this improves things a little, I guess time will tell.

The GFX though, man, they're so good! This is the true power of the PSP, although I still think it has more inside of it Very Happy!

I found that changing to the D pad helped things, sometimes its still a bit hard because I find the shoulder buttons to be a little difficult to use, plus i still cant win the seccond fight Razz! But I WILL like this game Razz!
