					| |
					| hi there guys, this is my first post
i've downloaded Gta SA, the file is named [PC GAME - MULTI] GTA San Andreas.iso, its size is 3.94 GB and it has a folder, when opened with alcohol 120%, named HOODLUM... so i presume it's the hoodlum release (well done, sherlock!).
My problem is that i have a lot of files in it that cannot be opened (example: every TXT or INI is empty), and i have some DATA*.cab archives that seem to be corrupt (cannot open with winzip or unrar). If i run install.exe or setup.exe, a prompt window opens and closes doin nothing.
Does anyone have the same problem and knows the solution??
 thanx in advance

					| seems like the right filesize, so it's probably gta:sa
Okey, I presume your new to this, so i'll explain fairly easy:

 download daemon tools (google website)
 install daemon tools
open daemon tools and right-click red icon of daemon tools at the right bottom of your screen
goto virtual cd/dvdrom and click on device[no media]
then search for gtasa.iso and double click it

now it should autorun (installation etc...)
then the only thing left to do after installation is apply the crack
how, browse that virtual drive you made with daemon tools, copy crack, go to installation directory of gta:sa and paste it

 you're ready to go
 hope this helps
and if not, probably a corrupt file (shit happens)

					| i've done all the proper things but none seems to work! i've tried with alcohol 120%, daemon tools, even with nero imagedrive. heck -- must be corrupt, all the files cannot be opened or are blank... well, who cares, i have work to do, and GTASA would have taken too much time from my duties... eheheh
anyway, thanx for all the advice buddies

PS. it's strange though... i downloaded it from DC++, and usually i find working things there, not crap.
