I'm not suprised that sublime is a segway fanboi, an obsession with man tits can screw with one's world perception. Syco, no they 'work as intended'. The intent is to propel a person foreward at a walking speed.

I'm not a fan i just believe the technology involved is pretty decent and could be used for more important things in the future. |

so you have to walk to generate power to make the weels go at a speed slower than walking speed? how stupid is that. Should be an interesting exercise for some lesson thermodynamics. Calculate the efficiency ! lol
