Man Silkroad is a mousecontrol based game..It was real sweet and all, but hell I cant play without WASD!
Fuck WoW..It has ruined everything about MMORPGs.

Silkroad's site wont' even let you in if you are running Linux. As my WIn PC is down at the moment, that doesn't leave me much choice but to ignore it.

Looks pretty good. I prolly will give this a shot, since I got too much time on my hands during the winter time. Is there a guild system in Silkroad? I'm really into coop/team play.
And is it in English? In screens it looks like Korean or Chinese.

Silkroad is interesting for about 5mins, then you realise there is nothing at all to do other than get lost in the hugely overcrowded city and hit things. Free MMO's are free because no one with a brain cell would pay for them, at least thats generally the way they go, most are also in beta stage and simply use people to get the testing done before they try and charge for crap they call a game.. build the addiction.. take away the game.. bring it back at cost..

So you are saying I should not even bother installing this one? What about AO. Do you sill play it?

yeah, almost.. they should have more than 3 servers... well when you dont pay for a server.. (like in all other pay mmo's) you can't always get a good server, spes. when its really popular

COH - Had 4 characters each of which over the 20 mark
EVE Online - My battleship was so beautiful, but WOW pulled me away.
I've tried pretty much every MMO there is, beta tested (as in, real beta testing) a good number and am currently involved in a beta test of a new MMO.. So now we have that out the way, I repeat, Silkroad is NOT a good game.

AO is one of the few I havent tried, but due to its background Im sure it is an amazing game (Im downloading it as we speak..). AO was once (and in parts is) a pay to play, it has a huge following and multiple years of development to make it what it is. These other "free" mmo's are new, crap, underdeveloped, overused (try connecting to a Silkroad server, it will take about 30mins if your lucky!).. they're generally a waste of time.

What about trying to make one 60. And if you get bored of that character.. just think... this game sux anywayz, so maybe i should keep on leveling..

I just played AO for about an hour and I'm not all the impressed. I am at the very,very beggining, so I wont judge untill I give it some more time, but everything feels very stiff. What about you sYn?

Yeah I agree, things seem to be done, but in a slightly worse way than in other MMO's I've played, this is however due to its age, this is how MMO's where built "back in the day".. I think ill give it some more time in the next few days, but its nothing that would pull me away from WOW for now.
Mmm I was talking about EVE the other day with some friends, its funny, if they changed just a few things that game would be awsome !
Don't worry, when my MMO comes out in a few years time it will save the day
