Looks like they are trying to use the idea of the GTA Save Game Cheat device as an Exploit to boot up the Loader. Smile

Hello World! Fanjita finally released the Hello World demo for GTA version 0.1! This is a glitch found in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, which enables us with running our own code through the gamesave.


Wink seems we are in the good direction

does this mean we are goinig to get GTA: LCS to use a use this exploit? i think that in that case gta lcs will be the best sold game on the psp ever Very Happy

What exactly is this Hello World Demo? Is it a normal selfmade Demo of GTA LCS what can be played on 2.00 or 2.01 or 2.50? And if yes then it means we can expect a Homebrew for 2.01 or 2.50 possibility very soon Smile
How exactly does this work now with a Savegame....?Very Happy

Hello World Demo is realy the first thing you learn to Code when programming. Its usually just a Screen which displays "Hello World" thats either still in the centre, Scrolling across or Scrolling down the screen Etc Etc.


Its the first thing that was ran on Version 2.00 so looks like 2.01 etc will be getting homebrew soon and most likely a downgrader will come shortly after Smile

It only works in PURE user-mode , The TIFF 2.0 Exploit had VSH mode it could access some of the flash. In other words the TIFF Exploit was much better.

The most you would expect from this is an EBOOT loader or a 2.01 downgrader.

I WAS very positive som days ago, but don't get your hopes up just yet. It's all about user mode VS kernal mode. This exploit is usermode only and Loaders require kernal mode.

I'm still holding a finger on FirmWare emulation.. : / Sony hates us pirates, thats for sure.

No not downgrader its a possibility to play games on FW 2.01 or 2.50. I think 2.00 is gone right? Only 2.01 or 2.50 Smile Thats nice and i really hope its time soon and not until eastern Very Happy

And is this good? Is Tetris a full Iso game like GTA LCS? If yes then it cant last more then 2weeks untill we can play GTA LCS and King Kong and Sims2....Smile
But if it is another fuckgame then it could last forever Sad

Is it good? ... Sort of , Its code running on 2.01.
Is it an ISO? ... Nope

It's just a simple coding of Tetris. Running in PURE user-mode.

Edit : Once we see a kernal-mode exploit for 2.00+ (If ever), That will be much more interesting.
