This isn't a forum to discuss games and ask for help with choosing which game over another. This forum is meant for bitching about .nfo's and who's to blame for improper packs and so forth. Please do not bring this forum down with your ideas of getting any helpful info out of here.
HAHA, just kidding. Seems like most posts are people bitching and not helping each other with the original topics. I don't really know what to tell you, but the latest Wrestlemania release for xbox seems to be the most popular. If you want the best ever you gotta find an N64 and pick up a copy of No Mercy. Very great game with a super grappling/take down system. Good luck with your search for a recent quality title, though.
@dizturbd....take a leaf out of my book and take full advantage of the ignore button if thats how you feel - I used to think that in contrast to the other gaming section on this site everyone in the "Console Arena" was mature enough to not warrant using that button but when you see threads like the "PS3 Vs Xbox360" and the "which console to buy" its obvious that some can't have discussion on a civil level with even the slightest degree of respect for others opinions. So yeah get clicking, if you take away their voice and simply don't respond to their posts they eventually realise they don't have an audience and go and troll elsewhere.
To Gizzie's original post WWE Wrestlemania 21 is the latest on the Xbox as far as I know and as current wrestling games go its ok, im probably not the best person to ask wrestling really hasn't been my thing for a long time and I would probably rate even the best current gen wrestling games as merely ok. What I do know though is a bad game when I see it and with that in mind I can recommend that you steer well clear of the Legends of Wrestling and Backyard Wrestling series they are simply very poor games on every level. Also if your going to grab that WWE 21 release make sure you get the right version, im sure there were multiple versions released (some working and some not) I think even some of the retail discs were recalled by the publishers as defective.
You probably already have the game Def Jam Fight for NY, although not a wrestling game the game does have the option to play as a wrestler and the fighting system and gameplay is head and shoulders above those wrestling games also the emulated systems have some truly enjoyable wrestling games (even for people like me that don't enjoy wrestling anymore).
