it was half a million but considering the area that its in and all the major development happening there it is actually a great investment because the value of this property is going to skyrocket in the next few years fuck ...

hahaha, these days buying property in the LA area there is nothing under 400.000 ... this place is in elite city location, and it will be worth way over a million in few years when all of the surrounding projects are done. Basically the whole downtown of la is beeing remodeelled into a more futuristic elite city center. I cannot wait to move in february and live here fuck ...

It looks really really nice man. But as has been said half a million that's crazy over here you can buy a big house for that. But I guess you're right LA is expensive, I hope you make some good profit out of that condo and buy a new one twice the size.

well here you could buy this.. for $650,000 NZD ($447,000USD) 4 Bedrooms.. 3 Bathrooms.. 2 Car Garage... + its about a 3 minute drive to the city (just go down the hill) etc etc

Half a million isn't that expensive for downtown LA i think. For that money you could get a 3 bedroom condo with 1 garage and no furniture, no interior and without the other nice extras bxrdj's place has. Half a Million USD is not that much for a house like that, Our house in the UK cost about £120,000 4 years ago (around $220,000) last year it was valued at £250,000 (around $480,000) now a year on its probably gained another £10,000 - £20,000 House prices are going stupidly Crazy!!!! Best business to be in is Property Development I think George W Bush - '...more and more of our imports are coming from overseas.'

Cool flat dude! I'm also moving to a flat. We have sold our house and are going to move in to a flat this summer (its not finished yet) its going to be sweet:-) no more lawnmowing and shit like that. Is cheap half a million usd, the house i live in at the moment is valued at £450k (about $800k) and it isnt any near as good as what the condo looks like.
