Damn, it's the middle of the winter and the days are sunny like it's mid-august.
I guess the all the flowers got fucked up cuz they thought spring is coming and started to release their sprouts which make me sneeze all day.
I spent like 2 tubes of toilet paper today on my nose , that's fucking crazy!
What i hate the most is that "green spit" that gets down from the noes to the throat and makes it really ichy in the throat and the ears.... argh!!!
I say - Nuke all flowers! that will teach em'

sorry, i made a typo there, should be hyposensibilisation. It s for people with stronger allergies. You ll get different doses of the material you are allergic against in a certain amount of time, so your body will get used to it. I couldnt find anything decent on it via google, so i guess you ll have to ask your doctor for specifics on it.

I'm allergic to all kinds of pollen in summer, but my medication is quite effective. This summer I'm trying 'sublingual immunotherapy,' called SLITone. In the long run, It should remove most, if not all, of the hayfever symptoms hence eliminate the need for further medication.

mmmh, my dutch is a bit rusty, but as far as i gathered, that slitone is also only a immunosuppressive therapy, meaning that it only reduces symptoms and not the problem (well, chances are with such a therapy that the allergic reaction will pass some years down the drain, but it s not certain. Hyposensibilisation seems to be the better way to go if you plan on a longer-term treatment anyways imho...

yeah, well if you're miserable ... what's worse? I usually only take a generic 4 hour pill since it's not as strong and makes me feel less of those side-effects.

I don't know man, I usually can't pick.
So, since the pills cost money, I tend to go with the allergies.
After a couple of weeks of rash, sneeze, running nose, et cetera - you start getting more used to it, and it doesn't distract you as much.
Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.
