used to do something similiar when i was 8.
when i saw someone looking out of a window on atleast the 3rd floor, i tossed insults at them.
even if they got pissed off and ran down i had enough time to get the hell outta there before they got to the front door.
one time though i met some guy in his twenties who i insulted earlier on on the street.
needless to say he beat the crap outta me, i almost bit his thumb off though

what we usually did was, scream out loud "IT WAS HIM, IT WAS HIM!!!" and hit the brakes and just jumped out of the car, i've never seen people run that fast because of nothing, not even Ben Johnson on 'roids
