Hi, i have a old TV. When i want to play a NTSC game the screen is not black/white but its flickering.

And can i connect my PS2 with a PC monitor, with a special adapter?

If you don't have a scart cable tv I think you're screwed.

That's not the problem. It's the tv that just dont support 60hz (NTSC), that's why it flickers instead of giving a black&white picture. And PAL tv's do have scarts too. Razz
And to answer the second question, yeah you can play your ps2 on a monitor, with a VGA adapter.
