It's now ImageReady, and comes with Photoshop.

yes , i know image ready but isn't easy like image styler .. i try to make rollover buttoms with it .. could not do it as fast and easy like image styler ..

Might be a stupid thought.. but why don't you just use ImageStyler... especially if you can't adapt to anything newer... there will never be anything like that again... things change...
