Anyone play or hear anything about this game? Is it any good or not?

i played it and didnt like it. played it a littrle but after seeing spartan this tirtle doesnt have anything to offer me.... specially in graphics... and gameplay... Razz walking around empty spaces killing bunch of monsters... sheesh... spartan showed that this kind of games can look better... drakengard looks like shit. i regret one dvd i have lost on this :/

AMD 64 3800+ ~2.7Ghz, 2GB Ram, GF 7800gs + bliss 512 RAM...

I've played the Jap. version, it's good. It has more improvement than the first game, the story is quite interesting but the gameplay is quite repetitive.

In order to know more about this story I recommend you to play the first one too because they're connnected.

GameSpot Review:
Drakengard 2 improves upon the original game, but it retains some of the same problems found in the original.

The Good: Lengthy single-player campaign with multiple endings; interesting story, with plenty of twists and turns; mostly excellent sound, with great voice acting and music; some unique and challenging boss battles.

The Bad: Terrible camera angle requires constant adjustment; combat quickly gets stale; dated graphics, extremely short draw distance, and occasionally choppy frame rate detract from the action; air-to-air battles are boring and tedious .
