|
 |
Hi, I'm NOOB so I hope I'm not breaking any protocols here. Went through the FAQs and it looks like it's alright to talk about specific files from release groups?
Also, I searched the site for info on this issue, and came up dry, so...
I have obtained RELOADED's 'War in the Pacific' three or four times now, and have the same problem with the irsetup.exe installer every time--nothing happens. I get about two seconds of a 'wait' hourglass icon, and then nothing at all.
Checked the reviews here and they don't show the release as being nuked. So, what I wonder is, has anyone else out there had this problem with that file, or, better yet, has anyone else successfully installed the game? OR, even better, does someone have a relatively simple answer to the problem? I already checked OS compatibility--it's an Indigo Rose Setup Factory installer with no windows incompatibility problems, but just in case it's relevant, I'm running ME.
Lastly, this is a little off-topic, but if I did have a request for a PC game release, where should I go? Would Gamer'sHell be the right spot to ask for such a thing? That's not normally like me, I'm always just happy as hell that there are so many good game releases out there already.
So, Hi, and thanks for the help in advance if anyone knows anything about this 'War in the Pacific' thing.

Not sure what you mean--should I google 'install wizard,' or the install .exe for 'War in the Pacific,' which is irsetup.exe?
I'll try 'install wizard' for now, 'cause I already looked for a new 'irsetup.exe' file online and came up dry.
Anyway, thanks for the tip!
