A few years back i would have said Lucas Arts...

They were also (after my a penion) the best company to make adventure games, so thumbs up for Lucas Arts

You need to differ developers from publishers. Ubisoft and EA games are publishers. I put my vote on Valve for Half life 1 and 2. I really like BF Vietnam so I would see swedish Dice up there.

Lionhead deserve more than 0 %. We complain about non-intuitive games and lionhead are the only real intuitive devs. I would put a vote on them, but BioWare is my nr.1.

I think you mean innovative, not intuitive. But i completely agree, they always seem to be doing something new and different.
But my vote goes to blizzard. Excellent games with excellent support.

has the best support ive seen. she still releases patches for starcraft, which is so many years old xD

I've enjoyed many of Nintendo's big series through the years, but when it comes to PC games, I must say Blizzard. However I agree with some of the opinons mentioned about Blizzard not being innovative, but I think they still do great games. WoW is on it's way and I'm hoping that it'll be great.
Most of the developers (options) in the poll have done some great games through the years.
