Just some guy who took the time to integrate some hotfixes and a few apps. Not really hard and absolutely not needed for a "release" like this (let me guess, its some P2P Bittorrent shit ).
isnt Windows Xp service pack 3 so post to come out until somewhere in 2007.
Yes there is no SP3 yet. Just a "release" with shit. Prolly called SP3 because it contains all updates to date. And a few extra "needed" apps... Make one yourself instead with nLite and be happy...
