I have Outpost firewall and Kaspersky antivirus under a SMC router, with 2 PCs
since morning everytime I Visit a site, Outpost gives me a alert that I'm being port scanned on several ports, if I visit cnn.com, outpost tells me that cnn.com is scanning me, if I visit nforce.nl, outpost tells me that nforce is scanning me, and so on, this only happens with my PC 1, the other one has no problems, I've already lose my external IP twice and this keeps on happening again and again, can anyone tell me wtf is going on?
is this a virus behavior? spyware behavior (I've scanned for everything and I'm supposedely clean, I don't know what more can I do.

every review that I've read states that Outpost is better that Zone Alarm, plus, Zone Alarm uses to many resources.

I use Zone Alarm and I like it. A little too protective sometimes IMO but once you gets used to it its great.
