More specifically, downgrade to a BIOS that doesn't media patch... like X2 4974, I believe. Worked for me. It won't boot on the newer X2 BIOSes (haven't used any others.)

Well, I got a Alladin Advance LIVE chip, you know if it works?

Well, I got a Alladin Advance LIVE chip, you know if it works? |
depends entirely on what bios are flashed on it. |

Well, I'm not sure if that BIOS will work on my Alladin, so I just wonder if anyone knows if there's other BIOSes that also doesn't media patch.

All bios work on all chips . |

Well, not long ago I tried X2 4976, it was like my chip died, couldn't use it. So, I had to take out the chip and reflash it...

your chip didnt die you had a bad flash or managed to corrupt the bios .
Once again (todate) all bios work in all chips. |
