I am just downloading the pre-load of this game. I just wondered what people had heard of this game and their views? It looks to me like a lot more realistic than BF42 or DOD and is set on the Eastern Front of WW2. I know there's lots of people thinking groan ANOTHER WW2 FPS but it really looks worth a go.

It was kinda good when it was just a mod for ut .
I played more than 20 hours .
Maybe ill buy it , im not sure yet , and the price is cheap .

Well for those who groan about another ww2 fps , they should know RO is around for years .
And not a single ww2 fps is even near this realistic gameplay .
Beside the ultra gay ww2online .

It was good as an UT mod but i'll certainly not buy this for $25. Hopefully emporio will release this for early testing though I doubt it will be any good Sad

I am going to buy this game 100%, been playing RO for ages now and I still love it I think it's the best WW2 mod and now that it's coming out as a standalone game the best WW2 game ever made. Take a look at the trailer and tell me a better WW2 game, I've played them all and nothing beats RO.

Ok it may be BS that some people are playing it, but when the game is released in March it will work with Cue Steam. I just watched the trailer, the game looks AWESOME. If it's as good as it looks I'll prolly buy it for the sake of £15. I'll try the SP first then I'll decide.

Well even on STEAM this game will not be popular. The game is for Vet gamers and not the kind of gamers that are on STEAM. They are all whinning about the iron sight in DOD:S..wait till they find out that theres no crosshair in RO...unless they changed that in this version.

RO need some serious skills and most of poeple wll give up after 15 minutes..i hope there will be a demo or there will be a lot of angry poeple asking for a refund

That's exactly why this game will be fantastic, it will be more of a simulation rather an arcade type of game like the BF series (although excellent) Hopefully it will be far more of an authentic experince than BF42 whch I've had many many hours of pleasure from, but I just love the WW2 genre. BF2 is a great game but it doesn't have that buzz for me that the WW2 games give me.

I've never played UT as I'm not a fan of robots/aliens FPS games. Maybe it will be worth DL UT just for this mod.

Doesn't even work anymore, I get on all games: The game is unavailble for request, steam servers are busy. Even on those new games that we're released on Steam Dangerous Waters, I preloaded it and when it came out: Servers are busy.

You won't be able to play it trough cue steam since valve has fixed that.
You need to wait for PROViSiON to release it.

Go and try: HL1, CS1.6, Darwinia, HL2: Lost Coast, Dangerous Waters, Space Empires

You will get servers are busy error... (ya can only test this if you dont have the gcf's of those games)
