I've been having this problem with games released by Deviance, is not their fault of course. First i bought in Spain The Suffering ties that bind which is protected by starforce, i installed it, played it in spanish spoken all the game untill i finished it. when i installed Marc Ecko (Deviance) the game was in spanish even tho i chose english from the install and then the same shit happens with Rainbow six lockdown so can SOMEONE help me sort thsi shit out!, everytime i chose to install english game the damn game is spoken in spanish. Did starforce with only one spanish game messed up some configuration? is there anyhow i can fix this?

Got the same problem here.
I installed the game with language option English, but after install the game runs with German language. Anyone know a way to change language to English?

Psychorob77 i fixed the problem, its all about windows configuration, go to control panel and click on regional and language config change language to english and also change it on advanced options (this one tells u about some Unicode language aplication and programs compatibility) change that one too! i applied changes, accepted them and rebooted, uninstalled the game, cleared every game entry and finally installed it again. every game now runs in english!. dont know if u'll find my reply so please tell me if it workerd for u.

hmmm so we found a another bug of Starforce , It changes your Region in windows without your knowledge

Thx a lot man. It works now. Just did as you said and the game can now be played in the English version. I also tried it before, but I didnt change that Unicode thing in the advanced options, but that setting seems to be crucial for RS LD to work in English.

No it doesnt change the settings, I got a Windows other than English version, but the game itself doesnt allow you to play the language you installed, it just takes the settings from your Windows Regional Settings. So StarForce has got nothing to do with this!
