What are your thoughts on this?
Personally I'm not quite sure what to think yet although I mostly liked what I saw. I loved Dennis Haysbert's cool sergeant, but I hope that they don't let the wife angle ruin the show like the downtime, inter-person drama in 24.
I also hope they use Robert Patrick's character for more than what the last scene alluded to, because writing like that shouldn't be in a show where awesome special forces dudes gets to shoot people in slowmo.
I'll definitely be giving this show a chance hoping that they keep the Desperate Housewives sillyness to a minimum.

Mind telling us why you think he's a bad actor or are you just following your normal modus operandi of threadshitting without bothering to back your opinions up?

Fair enough. One man's boring is another man's authoritative badass.

Just outta curiosity Kirk, what do you think of Clive Owen's acting ability? You know, King Arthur from the movie King Arthur...and he's been in other movie's.

See, i dunno how u can say that.
Clive Owen is at the apex of no expression acting. The man has the same expression, that "Im lost and retarded, please help" expression, in every single fuckin movie/role he's in...
I was just wondering since u said the lead in this show displays no feelings and doesnt express himself.
