its not hard to make a good-looking game with todays technology, but it is hard to make a good-looking game with superb gameplay (obviously since so many fail).

correct, i dont.
only those that are sequals to already great games in my oppinion, games like desperados, serious sam for example.
i remember kreed, the early beta demo had nice graphics but when it later got out it turns out to be total shit
and there are a tons of other games that have done the same. |
Well I suppose you can only be pleasantly suprised, rather then dissapointed by thinking that way.

Movie was a dissapointment, not enough ingame action to convince me that it'll be a great game. But I'll keep my eye on it, thx for the info.
