This is something I have been waiting for since... Well Tiberian Sun actually... And I am pretty sure I am going to love this IF they keep true to its successors.
Looks very detailed and realistic, I wonder if we need 512MB gfx cards for this baby when its out
its almost like being in the twilligt zone... looks at board.. first 3 topics, C&C3, SensibleSoccer, Setters 2 Remake

I was hoping that the next C&C wil be red alert 3..

C&C 3 will be:
- Tiberium universe (or, at least, some other dark alt-universe [I haven't read the PC Gamer article yet])
- "Serious" atmosphere (i.e., not like RA2)
With this "serious" atmosphere i hope that this won't be just a C&C generals like- 3D game (even in the tiberium universe it can be easily just another ordinary sci-fi RTS).
I miss the good old humor in the games
Their online browser was a joke. They released a few patches at the beginning but they left some things out. And of course my favourite 'I'm gonna loose, you win but I will disconnect from the internet and get no loss in my profile. SUCKER!!!'.
The last one was something that made me drop online multiplayer matches. After a month I was bored playing the challenge/campaigns so the shelf got a new resident...

Today is a gift. That's why it's called the present.
yes I whas like WOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW YEYEYEYEYEYE nice ... ( just like those fucking nerds when eblivion whas released... )
but than I forgot westwood will not make it
EA = CRAP = NO SUPPORT = NO PATCHES = SELL AND NEXXXXXXXXXXT
Well, didn't EA buy Westwood? So could be Westwood who is making it for all you know...
Eh? Westwood used to work for EA. Their last game was the star wars strategy game. I can't see Westwood being the developer for this one.
"In 1998, it bought Westwood Studios, which was folded into EALA in 2003, primarily to get ahold of the Command & Conquer license." So unless someone started another Westwood I don't think so...
They have been working on C&C III for many years now. I was working at EA and got another job when they were finishing up Zero Hour and well into BFME. There were story boards, graphics and many models on the walls. They had many factions, I believe at the time I counted 4. There are probably more now, I cannot remember it was many years ago. But it looks fantastic so they are probably pretty close. But then again a lot of resources went into the BFME series so they may be a year away. Who knows, cannot wait for it though.
Exactly! Not anymore...and that site is far from recently updated
Hehe...What I ment in the first place was that it could be westwood people who is working on C&C3, but they are now employed by EA. Like 3Dfx people working on nVidia hardware
Even so, Pteroglyph is still under the control of big publishers, hence why alot of people are disapointed at EAW. Alot of stuff was left out and even the devs say they wanted to add alot more.
All you have to do is look at the ground combat part of the game to realize the publisher forced it out the door.
Now with EA publishing C&C3 i doubt we will see anything as good as the original or even red alert, shame really.
