Howdy!? 
This one looks promising - kinda outdated gfx-wise... but who cares
It seems to be a nice Space-shooter with RPG (only one upgradable ship  )
and trading elements.
X meets Freespace  !!! DUDE!!! DUDE!!!

ASCARON does not use the STARFORCE Copy Protection system. We have had our experiences with it (Anstoss 4 International) and do not wish to repeat such an experience in the future. |

Ascaron usually uses ProtectCD what seems to be also pretty hard to crack.

Thats right. And they try a new version. The protection on sacred was easy against that.

This game is fucking good. Flight feeling as in Starlancer and story and enviroment like Freelancer. Could be a cool game.

the demo is quite cool,i like the flight feeling, and the design of the systems, but the design of the darkstar one and the idea that you only fly in one ship, well, i don't like it, I want to change my ships frequently like i did in X3 *g*

The galactic peace has been in grave danger ever-since as the races grew increasingly

be on the verge of falling apart. A new war seems inevitable.
In all this turmoil, the hero of the game - the young escort pilot Kayron Jarvis - discovers
clues about a secret that his murdered father was apparently hiding. An unknown technology
that is hidden within the Darkstar One appears to be the key - but then an unforeseen
twist changes the course of events dramatically ...
